We have excellent relationships with two major national road express freight companies and Australia Post, so the best freight arrangement is always provided with every order. Outside of a flat rate freight specials that we utilise throughout the year, freight is charged ‘at cost’ only to ensure your profit margins are maximised.

Delivery is as important as the product itself – that is why we offer swift and competent packing and delivery of your orders. In most cases outside of gift fair activity, we can pack and dispatch your order within 2 business days. Please ensure you identify any specific delivery instructions throughout the ordering process to ensure delivery is successfully executed first time, every time.

Orders placed at gift fairs attract a 5% or 10% invoice discount for prepayment, so in many cases this discount will negate most if not all of the freight charges!

Returns
We are happy to credit or exchange any unopened goods within 14 days of delivery, provided that we receive the goods in original condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. The customer assumes any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; we therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with Australia Post.

Columbus Imports reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have ‘More To Pay’ stamped on them.

Please email tobi@columbusimports.com.au with notification of and reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please email us at tobi@columbusimports.com.au with your specific problem as soon as the consignment is opened and we'll get back to you promptly.
